Background:
Zoe Laurenson is a specialist pole vault coach offering coaching for athletes of all ages and abilities, from young beginners through to Masters athletes. Her sessions are open to anyone interested in trying pole vault for the first time, as well as athletes looking to further develop their skills in a supportive, social and friendly training environment.
Zoe has a strong background in pole vault, having previously been a WAIS pole vault athlete. She also achieved 2nd place at the 2023 Australian National Championships, demonstrating her experience at a high-performance national level.
Her coaching approach is well suited to athletes who are new to pole vault and want to learn the fundamentals safely, as well as more experienced athletes seeking technical development and event-specific guidance.
