Womens Health
UWA Athletics Club proudly supports the Australian Institute of Sport’s Female Performance & Health Initiative (FPHI), which provides evidence-based education and resources to enhance the health, wellbeing, and performance of female athletes. Covering topics such as menstrual health, nutrition, bone health, body image, and more, the FPHI promotes open conversations and informed decision-making across all levels of sport. We encourage our athletes, coaches, and support teams to explore the resources available and help foster a more inclusive and supportive environment.
