Tuesdays
U12-U18:
- 4:45pm-6pm
- Track specific sprint / hurdles / middle distance training
- Strength and Conditioning
Thursdays
U7-U11: 4.45pm to 6pm
U12-U18:5:45pm to 7pm
Christmas Break
After the last event for the season we break over the Christmas period. Refer to our Competition Calendar to see when competition recommences. Training will recommence in the week preceeding the first week back in January.
Holiday training sessions may be held during the break. Details of these will be communicated via email and Facebook.
